Taylor Swift PEOPLE cover: Most Intriguing...

If a celebrity could claim he or she was having the best year ever, it would probably be Taylor Swift. Though Kanye West briefly stole her spotlight at the VMAs, she's proven she is truly a shining star.

Taylor Swift appears on the cover of PEOPLE's 25 Most Intriguing People of 2009. Having the best-selling album of 2009 has to count for something! Of her life, Taylor says, "It feels like this ongoing dream." It's refreshing to see a star appreciate what she has!

I'm not very familiar with her music, but given the awards she has one this year, yes, I do think she deserves the cover.

Every time my little girl sees Taylor Swift on the cover of a magazine at the grocery store, she admires her and thinks she's a princess. I guess she does kind of look like the whole Disney princess ideal.
