Perez Hilton uses Brittney Murphy’s death to scold Lindsey Lohan and Courtney Love

Perez Hilton, snarky celebrity blogger tweeted today a warning to Courtney Love and Lindsey Lohan using Brittney Murphy’s tragic death as a warning to them.

“Dear @LindsayLohan and Courtney Love, wake up!!!! Please go to rehab again and GET IT TOGETHER before it's too late! R.I.P. Brittany Murphy”

Britney Murphy was rushed to the hospital today where she was pronounced dead around 10am this morning. Murphy was found unconscious in the shower by her mother who also made the 911 call and is assumed dead of cardiac arrest. The lovely and talented young actress was often the target of rumors about alleged drug use. However according to the website TMZ when Murphy’s mother made the 911 call she mentioned her daughter having a history of diabetes.

So what’s the deal with Perez Hilton, does he really know more then us? Or is he using this tragic event as an opportunity to backhandedly slam a couple of other celebrities and get into a bitch fight with them. The often-catty celebrity blogger seems to write more and more about himself these days then about celebrities and you’d have to reach pretty far back to remember the last time he “broke” a story. 

Does Perez Hilton owe the Murphy family and apology? I guess only time will tell. I wouldn’t hold my breath if he does, he has never been known to be one who owns up.
