Britanny Murphy’s husband Simon Monjack may not be getting much from Brittany’s estate.  Simon stated after her death in an interview with Access Hollywood, “my world was destroyed yesterdayâ€, and it’s not getting any easier. There are reports coming out that Britanny’s mother Sharon is a primary beneficiary in her will and is the inheritor of the estate. Brittany’s will was created before her and her husband Simon married in 2007.
Autopsy for actress Britanny Murphy was completed on Monday but the final cause of death is yet to be determined. Access Hollywood reported that the coroner’s office stated, “no evidence of trauma to the body†of Britanny. They do however have to perform toxicology test on tissue samples which could take 4-6 weeks before we see results.
Britanny was known to be very thin throughout her career and she dodged rumors about her having an eating disorder. The New York Daily News earlier reported that Britanny admitted to Fox News, “I am a bit thinner now than what I would like to be.â€Â This statement coming only weeks before her death.  Britanny denied rumors that she had an eating disorder and claimed it was her workout routine and years of being a ballerina that kept her so thin.
Rumors of drugs being related to her death have been swarming as a possible cause. There have been reports that Britanny was addicted to Vicodin, the same drug (one of several) Michael Jackson was addicted to. There were loads of prescription drugs taken from the house as well. Co-workers of Brittany admitted she was not “all there†at shoots and displayed odd behavior.Â
