Jay-Z Loses Lawsuit Against Resturant Name

Jay -Z sued chef Terry Miller over the use of “Rockafella,” A resturant Terry open in England with his winnings from the reality show Hell's Kitchen.

The Lawsuit started in 2006 when Jay-z claimed the name would make his fans think the restaurant was a part of his Roc-A-Fella business.

The court favored Terry Miller in this case, and granted him the exclusive trademark and rights to use the name in the United Kingdom.
