If you did not notice any off key then you don't have an ear for good music and that's probably why you like Taylor Swift. She was way off key. AWFUL PERFORMANCE!!!!!!!! She really needs to thank Kanye West for getting her name out there because many people did not know her until he spoke the truth about her and after hearing her sing I fully understand why. Beyonce has never had a bad performance and everyone knows Beyonce because she is such a good performance and most people only know Taylor Swift because of the Kanye West comments. Album of the year; yeah right, I don't think so....Her awards are all because Kanye spoke the truth but sweet Beyonce gave her her moment and no one is hating on that terrible singer because no one really cares; people are just speaking the truth about how awful she was. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! SHE SHOULD NEVER PERFORM LIVE AGAIN!!!!!!

and yeah beyonce stumbling down the stairs was a great performance! you are soooo right on every point!!! you must be a musical genius!

Whether she is good role model or not, the performance was less than perfect. It was really bad, too bad they had paired her up with a real singer like Stevie.

I didn't think it was good either... I do not feel the hate like some people obviously do but it was by no means her best performance... I think if I was singing with a pop icon like that I would be nervous and therefore a little off key... I like Taylor Swift and how she is putting a young pop style twist on her country music... She writes her own songs and yes the lyrics are young but so is she... Taylor has had WAY TOO MANY great performances to look to harshly on this one...

Ouch! I couldn't watch the whole thing, I had to stop it. It really was hard to watch, and I do like Taylor Swift. Unfortunately she was way off key and it stung my ears.

No one is trash talking anyone, people are just stating facts about that awful performance from Taylor Swift. If it is much ado about nothing, why are you chating on this blog about sports, politics and celebrities and why do you need to post how you feel about Beyonce, Ahhhhh!!!! maybe it is much ado about something.... It's enough for you to take time out to read, write and give your opinons and tell folks to grow up..... Pity win or no pity win... we're just saying that her performance SUCK!!!! and that's a pity. Please!!! go and suck on your bunch of sour grapes and have a pity party with your cat. OH, & play some of Beyonce's music so you can hear a real artist who also writes music, produces, dances, sings & performs well. lol - no really lol.....

Well, I've been here almost 3 years and who ever says "Take Care" anymore esp. in the middle of a "debate"???? And by the way KS, that little laugh you made up there at the ending of your sentence is not allowed on Gather btw! I guess someone will be reporting you sooner or later. So I hope you've had a nice little stint here on Gather.

and my reading and comprehensive is much better and both Debs.... I'm just not good at this blogging since i've only been doing for 2 days... You guys are the pros..... 3 years for you Debra & 3 years for you Deb J, you guys should be best friends..... and i would like to be a part of the sing off key taylor swift club.... Hey maybe you guys should join the we have no life that's why we've been blogging for 3 years. I only started 2 days ago because i was not feeling well and could not go anywhere.... but 3 years, come on now, who really needs a life.... I graduated from UCLA 3 years ago.

This is the original comment I posted that sent TC on his tirade above, I still stand by my comment I just dont care to share the same space with a waste of humanity.

I agree its much ado about nothing, maybe some spoiled child celebs acting out.

What I don't get is why people get themselves so stirred up over things like sports, politics and celebrities and feel they need to trash talk anyone who isn't in agreement with them.

Personally I think Beyonce is so-so, not all that fantastic but I wouldn't get my panties in a bunch if she had won. Taylor Swift won, it wasn't a pity win. The whole to-do is just a bunch of sour grapes and folks need to grow up.

I agree with TC and Keith, I tried to reply yesterday but I did not have the time to register so I just registered. TC is right and I don't think he's angry & think that TC & Keith and now me are laughing at you three ladies and having much fun while telling the truth. Debra H, Deb J & Lady at Lake Merritt you three need the medication because you're too angry. I also notice that Debra H. deleted some of her comments and changed her picture. Were you ashamed of your comments, well should have been. You also changed your picture. Man TC you sure have power.... & it dosn't look like you're not happy....
