Last month former NBA star Jayson Williams pled guilty to aggravated assault in the death of Costas Christofi in February 2002. In 2004 he was acquitted of aggravated manshaughter and convicted on four counts of covering up the shooting, which was a lighter sentence.
On Tuesday Jayson was sentenced to 5 years in prison. Williams apologized to Andrea Adams, Christofi sister who wasn't pleased with the sentence Williams had received in 2004 so she wrote a letter.
Williams has given over $2 million in 2003 to settle Christofi's death, but Andrea still wasn't satisfied with Williams being able to walk around enjoying his life while her brother is deal!
