50 Cent Sued

Rapper 50 cent aka Curtis Jackson is being sued for posting a sex video on the internet. Some sources say the woman on the tape is his ex-girlfriend.

In Manhattan Lastonia Leviston filed a lawsuit against 50 cent for unlawfully distributing a homemade sex video of her and using her name and image without her consent.

Leviston says she made a private video with her lover at that time in 2008. 50 cent also appears in the video with a wig and a robe on. She says you can hear 50 narrating in the background throughout the taping. Leviston is suing 50 for emotional distress due to the release of the video.

So far 50 cent and his lawyers have no comment.
