Season 10 Dancing With the Stars Premier: Shannen Doherty, Chad Ochocinco, Chelsie Hightower and Kate Gosselin Take the Stage!
Tonight was the 10th season premier of Dancing With the Stars, and it did not disappoint! Many big names such as Shannen Doherty, Kate Gosselin, Chad Ochocinco, Pamela Anderson, Buzz Aldrin, and Niecy Nash did their best to tear up the dance floor during Monday night’s event. There are 11 couples in total, and yes, some were light years ahead than the rest.
Who did the best? The judges voted former Pussycat Doll, Nicole Scherzinger and her partner Derek Hough the evening’s top performers with a total vote of 25. Next up was men’s figure skater Evan Lysacek and his lady partner, Anna Trebunskaya. The Olympic Gold Medalist’s grace and poise helped the couple earn a 23. Sportscaster Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, and Baywatch beauty Pamela Anderson and partner Damian Whitewood both came in with a tally of 21.
One of this evening’s highlights was when reality star Jake Pavelka incorporated roses into his performance, a tribute to his Bachelor fame. Another moment worth noting was Shannen Doherty’s attempt to overcome stage fright, and her visible emotion when spotting her father in the audience, whom recently suffered from a stroke.
