Oh Joe Joe Joe. Biden has done it again. Known for missing that part of the brain that acts as a filter, Joe Biden can be heard saying "This is a big f-ing deal" at a healthcare signing ceremony earlier today. Barack Obama lets the tiniest bit of a smile cross his face, but barely registers a reaction. I mean, this is Joe Biden we're talking about. He probably wouldn't even be shocked if the guy dropped his trousers and it said "Kiss This, GOP!" While he might not provide as many snafus as our former POTUS, George Bush, Biden's definitely good for a laugh here and there.
