Lady GaGa is the first person to crack the billion hits mark on the web and it's the fastest rise in history. After only two years of being in the public eye, Lady G has reached Michael Jacksonesque mythical status. Why?
Mostly it's because she's truly unique. With outlandish fashion, androgynous good looks and a PR machine that is as well oiled as a stripper pole at closing time, she's mining the mother lode of overnight fame that takes a lifetime of devotion to achieve.
But is Lady GaGa a man?
Huh? Where did THAT come from? As it turns out, Lady GaGa probably started the rumor herself. I mean, think about it. It's a brilliant move. Short of the old "is blankety-blank an alien" (think David Bowie) what other question could be more provocative? And she is addressing the question herself on her latest "Monster Ball Worldwide Tour."
Now that snapshots can be instantly published to the web (and Photoshopped) the rumor gains substantiation through clever manipulation. And Lady GaGa is fueling the fire with pictures from her own website that leave virtually nothing to the imagination. Plus, at this point, even an innocent phrase like "disco stick" is being picked apart by hermaphrodite conspiracy theorists.
So is Lady GaGa a man? Of course not. I think...
But if she is, then Rob Fusari has something else to worry about...
What do you think? Is Lady GaGa a man? And what exactly IS a "Disco Stick"???

In the meantime, look through the "Love Game / Disco Stick" video for clues:

Her 'Bad Romance' video was almost as explicit, but the changing cuts of the various set ups go by very quickly. One of the setups involved considerable prosthetic spinal protrusions, which she kept on during one of the dance troupe sequences (clothed) and also during one of the solo sequences (otherwise nude).
