Happy Birthday Lady GaGa!
Today is March 28, 2010, making it 24 years since Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (aka lADY gAGA) was born in New York City. That means we've had 24 blissful years of co-existence with the hottest artist on the planet.
Love Lady GaGa or Hate Lady GaGa, there's no doubt she's blazed a new trail of fame for all other comers to attempt to follow.
But it won't be easy.
First they'll have to struggle in anonymity as Kingmakers blithely pass them by on the way to the Grammys after party. Then they'll have to figure out ways to reinvent themselves from a classically trained musician to a classically viewed train wreck. Oh yeah... then they'll have to come up with a few hit songs. Piece of (birthday) cake...
Along the way they may have to deal with whispered rumors of cross-genderization, ungrateful attitudes towards former lovers and producers, plus questions about alien origins... but it'll all be worth it.
We'll have our newest star...
