Its being reported that Jessie James, the creator of the Sandra Bullock Divorce, was stopped by the CHP in his black Mercedes Benz without a front license plate and too dark glass. Jessie began spilling his guts about his marital woes with Sandra Bullock to the officer.

Law Enforcement Officials evidentially gave the details to TMZ about the 15 minute conversation between Jessie and the CHP. The traffice stop occurred last Friday outside of Blythe, California on the 10 Freeway. The cop felt sorry for him so he was let go with a warning.
