Things just don't get any better for Jesse James, Sandra Bullock's husband. Apparently not only is he entering rehab he was also recently cited for vandalizing a photographer's vehicle in Long Beach California.
Celebrity photographer Ulises Rios was also cited because he had been accused of stalking James for quite some time.
Rios however recorded the incident between he and James. On the video it showed James slashing Rios two tires of his SUV. He then dented the door and scratched the window.
No word on if this matter will be prosecuted.
I don't know what to say about Mr. James but Sandra Bullock has more than infidelity on her hands!
