Vanessa Hudgens to star in "Rent"

There was a rumor this weekend that Adam Lambert would take to the stage to play Angel in "Rent."

Lambert went to his Twitter to say those rumors were false.

But, there will be a famous face in the L.A. run on "Rent." Disney's Vanessa Hudgens [[known famously for both "High School Musical" and her naked pictures that circulated 'round the Internet even though they were only meant for boyfriend Zach Efron]] will star as Mimi in the live production.
