Jon Gosselin has reportedly called a truce with Kate. Apparently he has spent all his money on lawyers in the divorce battle and can't afford to keep fighting. So instead, he is waving the white flag and going to worry about seeing his children and not going in debt.
Since Jon can't pay the lawyer retainer, or his bills he has decided to work things out privately with Kate. He plans on getting a job and working on making a home for his kids to visit him in.
He also supposedly offered Kate an apology for the drama, calling her a "good mom."
