Bret Michaels has had a side effect from his brain hemorrhage. Yesterday he suffered from hyponatremia. Hyponatremia can lead to seizures as a result of a lack of sodium in the body. He is being monitored and doctors hope to know more by next week.
However he is said to be conscious and will be kept in the hospital under observation and also for surgery to reduce swelling in his brain. Doctors are optimistic that with treatment, he will eventually recover. Let's all hope so.
