Lindsay Lohan Parties in Cannes; Skips Hearing--Warrant for Her Arrest

What a way to come home, Lindsay Lohan has once again skipped out on her review hearing in L.A. After numerous excuses the judge was "anxiously" awaiting to hear the reason Lindsay was not in L.A. today. According to People Magazine Lindsay's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told the judge Lohan's passport was stolen at the Cannes Film Festival and intends to fly back at the earliest possible time. Yeah right, the girl probably tossed that thing overboard while partying.

The judge told the attorney, "There is no valid excuse. If she wanted to be here, she could have been here. She could have come two days early from Cannes. She has a history of not keeping scheduled appointments. She has to take this seriously. I've warned her before." You tell 'em mister sister, Lohan needs to learn one way or another--the "nice" route has not worked; now it's time for the hard stuff.

The judge ordered a warrant for Lohan and set a bail of $100,000. However it is highly doubtful that authorities will arrest Lindsay on sight after arrival from France. If everything works out the judge still ordered Lohan to stay away from alcohol and to be sure, they would put an alcohol-monitoring bracelet on her and subject her to random drug testing; she could also face up to six months in jail.

Lohan's enabler, Attorney Shawn Holley, argued that Lindsay has been in "substantial compliance" with her probation and her absence today was due to a situation beyond her control, right... Lindsay did not have to go to Cannes, what film is she promoting? The girl went to party, the exact opposite of the judges orders, good luck trying to win this one honey.
