According to E! Online, actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar and his wife Lisa Ann Russell have separated following an almost fourteen year long marriage. A rep for the actor told E! News that Gosselaar and his wife may be separated but they will "remain focused on the family and are jointly committed to their children." The couple has been married since August of 1996, and currently have two children, son Michael Charles (age 6), and daughter Ava Lorenn (age 4).
Mark-Paul Gosselaar is well known for his role of Zack Morris on "Saved By the Bell" and "Saved By the Bell: The College Years". In fact, his wife Lisa Anna was a one-time star on the latter show. She appeared as an extra in an episode called "Rush Week", but didn't have a name on the show. Gosselaar also appeared on the hit ABC drama "NYPD Blue" for several seasons and "Raising the Bar". Most recently, his newest legal drama called "Franklin and Bash" is scheduled to appear on TNT. Gosselaar has been filming for the new show in Atlanta since March.
As for a reason for the Mark-Paul Gosselaar split from wife Lisa Ann Russell, there's no word from the couple, reps or any sources close to them. It appears there's no dirty details involved in their separation, as of right now.
