We best know him as "Oz," a sensitive character, from American Pie; but early this morning there was no sensitivity involved when Klein was arrested for suspicion of drunk driving. One officer claims he was 3 times over the legal limit.Â
One animal rights group, IDA (http://www.idausa.org/) is furious over the matter due to the fact that Klein was hauling his dog around with him. It is one thing to endanger yourself, but don't hurt other people in your path of destruction.
Since this is his second DUI, his last being in 2004, Klein may have jail time to look forward to, and thanks to a new law coming into effect in July, an "ignition interlock system (http://www.1800duilaws.com/article/interlock.asp)" may be put into his car, requiring him to breathe into it before driving - I can't help but think of the scene from "The 40 Year Old Virgin," when the Carrell goes home with the "drunk girl" from the bar and she has him breathe into her breathalyzer before driving home (barely making it), while rocking out to Missy Elliot.Â
