According to TMZ, Lindsay must testify under oath (that means no lying) about what drugs she was on the infamous night when she drove in a car chase down Pacific Coast Highway, and got busted by the police.

Apparently, the night of the chase, Lindsay wouldn't admit to questions about what drugs she might have in her system. So cops tested her...and found two kinds of cocaine in her body as well as some unsniffed cocaine in her pocket.

Ed McPherson, Lindsay's lawyer pressed the judge to delay the new deposition until after her court hearing on July 6.

A judge will decide if she violated her probation then.

Poor Lindsay. She really is a hot mess these days, with no career and drugs all over her life. She is such a great actress! If only she could get her life in control!!! Maybe some smackdown by the law will get her to at least attempt to sober up.
