Not everyone is interested in looking out of control on a reality television show. Â Carrie Malec of Chicago, Illinois is one of those people. Â She was involved in a mess at a club on May 6, 2010 with Snooki and Jwoww, both "Jersey Shore" stars. Â According to Malec, she was a victim of being pushed and fought with by Snookie and Jwoww while the show was being filmed.
Not only is she asking for $75,000 in damages she wants to make sure that the footage is never shown to "Jersey Shore" viewers.  She claims it will cause her even more damage if it is shown. Unfortunately for Malec a portion of the fight is scene on the trailer introducing season two.  That was the catalyst for her to bring the lawsuit.
Does this mean that we are going to bring a sense of responsibility and accountability to reality television stars? Â I sure hope so.
