Limbaugh sells condo

Rush Limbaugh sells condo for mega millions to an unknown buyer. Limbaugh's condo was on Fifth Avenue in New York. He claims to be severing ties with New York City. Limbaugh who is 59 years old and just married for the fourth time and sold his condo for just under $12.95 million.

The condo has ten rooms with a 30 foot wide living room, a fireplace, and four terraces overlooking Central Park. The actual transaction went for $11.5 million. By my calculations Limbaugh profited about $7 million after Limbaugh paid $5 million in 1994.

The reason Limbaugh says he's moving out of New York State is because the state raised income tax surcharges, and Limbaugh told New York to drop dead.  Limbaugh also predicted that LeBron James would bypass New York, according to Newsoxy, and we know he did.  

What's wrong with New York? No one can afford to live there except whoever bought Limbaugh's condo. It is amazing how the rich get richer in this country. I don't understand that amount of wealth for the egotistical Limbaugh.

His wealth is obscene, and so is New York raising taxes by such amounts. How can people afford to live under such tyranny? Income tax is one thing, but when California and New York raise taxes to the point that Rush Limbaugh and LeBron James can't afford to live there, it's time to re-think taxes.

Where are people moving to from New York? Obviously, places like Miami and Oklahoma were the cost of living is so much cheaper. People who are rich will still be rich if you raise taxes. They like Limbaugh will just move elsewhere.
