Mel Gibson moving to Australia & leaving...

Disgraced Mel Gibson has called it quits in America. He is selling his New York and Malibu homes. He bought a plane ticket to Australia and is taking his ex-wife Robyn with him.

Mel Gibson leaves behind his daughter Lucia and her mother Oksana Grigorieva. He will be flying back and forth for court and to answer charges that he physically and verbally abused his girlfriend. Also, he has a date with child protective services.

Thecount reports, Mel Gibson sold his home called, "Old Mill Farm" which is in New York for $28 million. He sold it for $17 million less than the asking price. Right now his Malibu home is a bargain at $17 million, and in the mood Mel Gibson is in, he'd probably takeÂ a whole lot less if you're interested.

His ex-wife Robyn has stood behind Mel throughout this ordeal, and is expected to testify that she has never been abused by Mel Gibson. Of course, she has never been abused except that he left her for the lovely Oksana who is now trying to destroy him anyway she can.

May they find peace in Australia. One note, Austrailia is not Mel Gibson's home. He was born in Peekskill, N.Y. and moved to Australia in 1968 in his teens.
