Lindsay Lohan to open a chain of rehab centers? Oh, really! Lindsay Lohan is just days away from starting a 90-day jail sentence and she is already contemplating opening a rehab center when she gets out. Yep, you heard that right, not GOING to a rehab center, but OPENING a rehab center.
Lindsay Lohan’s mother, in an interview with Us Weekly magazine, said that Lindsay has plans to open her own rehab chain to help others. “Lindsay really wants to open her own rehab center here in Los Angeles and a couple across the country to help other kids and celebs so they don’t fall through the cracks in this town.†Wow! To me this is completely nuts. Lohan needs a rehab center, not to open a rehab center(s).
The “enabler†(Dina Lohan) is trying to convince readers and anyone who will listen that her little angel has grown up, learned from her past mistakes, and shouldn’t go to jail for her probation violation relating to her DUI arrest.
“If Lindsay went to jail, I would fear for her life. Jail doesn’t help anyone…unless you’re a rapist or murderer. This wasn’t a violent crime, but they’re saying you miss a DUI class and you have to go to jail for three months – that’s absurd.â€
No, Dina, what is absurd is that your daughter got behind the wheel of a car while intoxicated and could have killed someone. What’s absurd is that you continue to allow Lindsay to think that she doesn’t need to follow the rules that everyone else needs to follow. What’s absurd is that you continue to enable your daughter.
What’s absurd to me is that Lindsay Lohan is contemplating opening a rehab center, to capitalize on this complete mess that she has created for herself.
