Lindsay Lohan's prison sentence is coming to an end. A source inside the jail is saying that Lindsay is set to be released at 12:01 am.
Lindsay Heading to Rehab
Even though Lindsay is getting released from jail, her punishment is far from over. Lindsay's judge, Judge Marsha Revel, has mandated that Lindsay must go directly into a rehab program upon her release from jail.
TMZ reported earlier that Lohan was addicted to crystal meth, but Lindsay's lawyer has stated that that is a complete "fabrication".
Judge Orders Change of Rehab
Judge Revel had originally ordered that Lindsay be sent to Morningstar Recovery in California. She has since changed her mind. Reports are circulating that the judge changed her mind out of fears that the public might be able to sneak drugs to Lindsay in that facility.
The name of the new facility has not been released, but a source told RadarOnline that it is on the "Westside" of Los Angeles. A staff member from the facility will accompany Lindsay from the jail to the rehab center.
Hopefully, Lindsay will be able to remain clean and sober and will pull her life together.
