When "Jersey Shore" cast member Snooki was arrested last week on suspicion of drunk driving, she initially downplayed the incident, telling reporters in Los Angeles, "I didn't hurt anybody – stuff like that happens in Jersey.  I was in the drunk tank for a little bit, I had too many tequilas. What are you gonna do?"
After her father got wind of the arrest, though, she told reporters how he was very upset, saying,  "I didn't raise you like this."  Ouch.  Nothing's worse than a disappointed parent.
Having taken to heart her father's reaction to her little "drunk tank" experience, Snooki seems to be changing her tune, showing the slightest bit of remorse and promising to "definitely...stop drinking during the daytime. And now when I go out, I'll only have a couple drinks."
Gee, thanks Snooki. Â New Jersey residents everywhere can sleep in peace tonight, knowing that you'll stay off the road once you've passed a "couple of drinks". Â At the very least, the highways will now be safe during daylight.
