Last night was the end of the season for Fox’s, “So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD),†as well as Bravo’s, “Work of Art: The Next Great Artist.†SYTYCD host Cat Deeley and “Work of Art’s†Executive Producer Sarah Jessica Parker both dressed up in fitting attire for their shows’ finales.
Cat Deeley was a vision in J. Mendel. The British TV host often makes glamorous and sometimes surprising choices for her twice-a-week hosting duties. Last night was no exception as she chose a white and peach dress from the Spring 2010 collection. The colors of her dress registered amazingly on TV. The layers of tulle and all the intricate folding and draping were not overwhelming on Cat. She has both the height and figure to pull the look off. She paired the dress with delicate silver sandals by Jimmy Choo. Cat zipped from the show's finale straight to another event, InStyle's Annual Summer Soiree.
Sarah Jessica Parker supported her show at the New York Screening Party Thursday night (see her outfit here). She went for a full-skirted, above-the-knee Erdem dress. The pleating on the neckline, the demure sleeves and the dress’ silhouette were all very flattering. The floral print paired with a slim belt in shades of green and pink showed a kind of artist’s touch that Sarah Jessica applied to her look.
