Leonardo DiCaprio has been granted a restraining order by a judge against a woman who has told people she is DiCaprio's wife and the mother of his unborn child.
41-Year Old Chicago Woman
According to MSN, Superior Court Judge Carol Boas Goodson granted DiCaprio a restraining order against Livia Bistriceanu. Bistriceanu is 41 years old and lives in Chicago.
The press has obtained an excerpt from the written statement Leo submitted to the court when filin
g for the restraining order.
"Given this obsessive and harassing behavior, I am frightened of Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me, is in jeopardy," DiCaprio wrote in the sworn declaration.
Bistriceanu traveled to Los Angeles at least two times and showed up at both DiCaprio's place of business and his home. She acted aggressively when asked to leave.
DiCaprio further wrote in his written statement that Bistriceanu "has evidenced a willingness to make physical contact with me regardless of the consequences."
The Father of Baby Jesus
Letters DiCaprio had received from this woman were also attached to his written statement, and were subsequently reviewed by the judge. One such letter inferred that DiCaprio was even the father of the baby Jesus.
It sounds like poor Leo DiCaprio has attracted a real nut case. Clearly this woman is in need of an immediate mental evaluation and some serious follow up treatment. It is uncertain as of yet what the court may order her to do, but in the meantime she will certainly be arrested if she attempts to contact DiCaprio again.
