Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie recently bought a $40M mansion in Italy. This multimillion dollar mansion is just one of many owned by Brangelina. It's obvious Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt live a life of luxury but is this really good for their children? What does a $40M mansion teach their children about money and being wise spenders?
According to Yahoo News, the mansion is 18,000 square feet with 15 bathrooms, seven baths, a movie theater, two swimming pools, a gym and several Jacuzzis. That is certainly enough for a family of eight and all the nannies, cooks, and whoever else they have hired to help them but isn't that still a bit much?
It's known that Angelina travels the world as a Goodwill Ambassador. Not surprisingly, Jolie comes in contact with poverty quite often so one can assume she understands how the very poor live.
How does flaunting several multimillion dollar homes make her appear? Some would argue she is creating a complete contrast to what her goodwill work is doing. However, it's been known that the couple gives millions each year to different organizations. So, does that giving allow them to flaunt their incredible wealth?
According to Gather Celebs, the couple will use the mansion as a vacation home. However, a $40M vacation home is something else! As for their children, how do feel living the life of luxury? Will they grow up learning the value of money? Or will they grow understanding very little about life other than the fact that they have nannies to boss around and they are rich beyond belief?
It's too soon to tell but it's certain as Brangelina's children grow up, it will become more obvious for people to see if the values Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has taught them will become ingrained in their thinking.
