Lindsay Lohan flunked her drug test during her court-ordered drug testing. It is not known what substance she had in her body, but the actress has only been clean and sober for three weeks. The terms of her release were that any failed drug test would mean 30-days in jail.
While this is i
mpressive on the part of the judge, the judge knows better than to allow a person with Lohan's drug history out so soon. She was given special treatment. Now, she's going back to jail. That's sad for Lohan, but it's also sad for the community she endangers. Maybe the judges and lawyers should be held accountable if she kills someone. Then, we'd see how long she stays in jail and rehab.
"A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office declined to comment. There was also no immediate word from Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley," according to E Online.
She is not a victim, but a drug addict, and she needs a long time in rehab. The royal treatment that celebrities receive can no longer able to be hidden from public view. Because of the Internet and video, the public is all too aware of the disgusting deals being made, and how society at large is put in danger because of these deals. It needs to stop. Justice is not blind anymore; she's on the Internet. So Lindsay Lohan is going back to jail.

What she needs is serious rehab, not jail, rehab, she needs to realize she has a problem, and want to fix it.
We don't know if she realizes it, and its obvious if she does realize it she doesn't want to fix it.
My one thought is if they have her on depression meds, how many of those would show up in her system possibly as a drug?
For her sake she needs the lengthy lockdown in a rehab center, and 30 days just won't do it for her. Trust me, that's just a scratch of it.......
She has to want to do it.
Mooch
Then, we'd have to suffer through what a victim she was in life.
