The Katy Perry Sesame Street segment definitely has people talking, looking and maybe gasping. It's seen on YouTube, with plenty of commentors either approving or disapproving of the segment. Some are even saying "this one's for the dads."
Katy Perry is just one of the celebs to appear on this season of Sesame as Oprah Winfrey (see video), Colin Farrell and Wanda Sykes also guest star. In the video segment seen below, singer Katy Perry joins popular character Elmo for singing and "dress up." Katy is dressed up as a princess, however it may be a bit revealing showing off plenty of skin. Katy wears a green colored short skirt and low cut top along with the traditional princess head garb. She rushes around Sesame Street and other locations with Elmo as they sing "Hot and Cold" to spoof Perry's hit song.
First and foremost, Katy Perry is known for her racy videos, album covers and pop music. "I Kissed a Girl" (and liked it) was one of her biggest hits. Is that a song kids are singing? This isn't a smear campaign against Perry but when's Marilyn Manson scheduled to appear with Big Bird wearing scary makeup.Â
