He claims he was just trying to make people happy. Radar Online says, "In an even more 
bizarre twist, country singer LeAnn Rimes happened to be driving on the 101 and saw the Baywatch star."
His behavior has certainly been bizarre. He has been so embarrassing to his friends, family, and even to himself. His failures in life are so public, and for him to make a jerk of himself in the middle of Los Angeles, one would think he'd cut it out.
He even managed to be the first celebrity to be eliminated on "Dancing With the Stars." Even Michael Bolton outlasted Hasselhoff speaking of bizarre behavior. So what exactly was Hasselhoff thinking would make commuters happy about seeing him on an overpass waving?
