On October 9th, the Chairmen's Reception was held during the 18th Annual Hamptons International Film Festival. A mix of actors, directors and other attendees, came together at a private residence in East Hampton.
Actress and red carpet darling, Freida Pinto was in perfectly appropriate attire in a Stella McCartney dress from her Resort 2011 collection. The short and sleeveless dress had floral embroidery in red, blue, green and white. The best part about the dress was how it fit Freida. The waist hit her middle just so, making her look taller. The length was just as flattering. Freida paired her dress with nude-colored Ferragamo pumps.
The New York Film Festival closed with a premiere of, “Hereafter,†at the Alice Tully Hall in New York City on Sunday. Bryce Dallas Howard made her red carpet appearance in Elie Saab. The deep teal, one-sleeved dress should be flattering, with its ruffles cascading in a curve, from neckline to hip. Somehow, it did not quite work on Bryce. Perhaps the dress was a touch too snug on her.
"Hereafter," is set for release on October 22.
