Talk show host and former model Tyra Banks is being sued!
According to reports Banks, 36, allowed a 15-year old on her show, without her mother's consent.
Jewel Ciera Washington appeared as a guest on the Tyra Banks show as an alleged sex addict. The teen girl's mother Beverly McClendon has filed a $1 million lawsuit against Tyra on October 8th, for negligence and violating a right of privacy. McClendon says she never gave her daughter permission to be on the show, nor has she been diagnosed as a sex addict.
Wow, Tyra Banks is facing a lawsuit, now that's amazing. But is it really Tyra's fault. The reports also stated that the mother of the teen filed a missing report, when her daughter left home. So if she left home without her knowing, maybe she signed her mother's signature. Even still Tyra and her staff should have perform a thorough check on the 15 year old. How was she able to have the teen on her show without her parents being there in the first place?
