Just days after being announced as one of the most provocative celebrities in 2010, Miley Cyrus is starting her campaign to be the top choice for next year. A Miley Cyrus bong video has apparently emerged showing the 18-year-old smoking it up. So will the police be busting down Miley's door and hauling her to jail just like Lindsay Lohan? Not quite!
The video footage has emerged over at TMZ.com which shows Miley smoking from the Bong just five days after her 18th birthday. Apparently a friend shot the video on a phone and someone else stole or copied the video to leak it. The good news is Miley wasn't doing anything illegal though as the bong contained salvia. Salvia is a natural herb with psychadelic qualities, and it's fully legal to possess it in California.
As mentioned above Miley Cyrus was not "Most Provocative Celebrity" in 2010. That distinction went to Lady Gaga. Miley can certainly lobby for it in 2011 if she continues to cause a stir with racy pictures and videos like her Miley Cyrus bong footage. Once again, you have to wonder if dad Billy Ray is giving his daughter a lecture or letting her let loose now that she's 18-years-old. While she wasn't engaging in anything illegal, she is once again pushing the limits and getting herself attention. Is it the right kind right now though?
