Joan Rivers is reportedly moving in with daughter Melissa, and the two are going to star in a reality TV show. Seriously? Has it not been enough that the viewing public has had to watch these two talk fashion at red carpet events for the past decade? Now the mother-daughter duo is actually going to star in a reality show?
According to Popeater, Joan is in fact moving in with daughter Melissa, and the two are "launching a reality show about Joan moving in with Melissa."
Who on earth would want to watch that? Didn't people become sick to death of them dissing celebrity's dresses and hairstyles and shoes? Enough, already!
Joan Rivers and daughter Melissa's reality TV show will be titled "Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best?" and will debut on WEtv on January 25.
Is the entertainment world truly that desperate? Why not call the show "Joan and Melissa: What We Looked Like Before Plastic Surgery?" or "Joan and Melissa: How to Put Your Foot in Your Mouth?" For goodness' sake, who cares if Joan knows best or Melissa knows best, when neither one of them knows all that much, at all?
It seems that Joan and Melissa are adamant about their new show not being compared with MTV type reality shows.
What do they hope to be compared with then? The Hallmark Channel? They are two rich, brazen, uncouth and outspoken celebrities who have little to nothing to offer in the way of talent. So they'll likely become reality TV stars. After all, just look at Snooki. Or J-Wow. Or the Situation. You get the point, right?
