Melissa Etheridge has a new girlfriend, named Linda Wallem. Unfortunately, Wallem was the “best man” at Etheridge’s wedding to Tammy Lynn Michaels in 2003. Gross! What do you think Michaels thinks about the rock singer’s new girlfriend?
According to Michaels, she is not upset about Etheridege and Wallem. She explained that she has been aware of the couple for several months. She did suggest to the magazine that Linda Wallem and Melissa began their dating relationship while Melissa and her were still together.
When someone is considered a “best man,” that person should support the marriage relationship at all costs. They should not be used as a source of divorce!
Michaels is glad that the children are happy and healthy. She mentioned that she has moved on and is not concerned about who Melissa Etheredge is dating.
An unknown source told People magazine, “Melissa and Linda have been best friends for over 10 years. They got together three months after Melissa and Tammy broke up.”
As the news was breaking that Etheridge had a new girlfriend, the rock singer announced that she will be joining the cast of BroadwayÂ’s American Idiot, starting in February. Was this announcement a convenient coincidence?
