Just a few nights ago, rap star Jay-Z and wife Beyonce Knowles joined actress Gwyneth Paltrow for a fancy dinner in NYC. Jay and Beyonce arrived after Paltrow had went inside the restaurant on her own. These three celebrity pals may have been talking shop while enjoying seafood before the 2011 Grammys!
According to NY Post, the scene of the dinner was the Lure Fishbar located at 142 Mercer Street in New York City. The restaurant was the winner of the TONY Best New Seafood award for 2005 and 2007.
It's unknown what the celeb couple and Mrs. Chris Martin dined on, but it could have included Tuna Tiradito, Tempura Shrimp, Salmon Tartare or Lobster Croutons from the Fishbar's enticing menu.
The paparazzi were shut out, as the restaurant staff made sure the shades were down on the windows. That's the respect big time celebs get in NYC at fancy eateries.
Somehow, the trio left the establishment without having their photos snapped, too. The privacy is something many celebs long for but seldom get, so they must have had a great time out.
Jay-Z, Beyonce and Gwyneth Paltrow will all be a part of Sunday night's 2011 Grammy Awards show, in one way or another. Beyonce is likely to be in the audience with Jay-Z who is nominated for Record of the Year ("Empire State of Mind"). Meanwhile, Paltrow will perform with Cee Lo Green and some Jim Henson puppets on stage. It's going to be one interesting Grammys show, and that's even if Kanye West doesn't show up!
