Kate left her Pennsylvania home on ValentineÂ’s Day to tape an upcoming episode of the CBS show, The Talk. The Talk is the new show with hosts Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini.
So if Kate left for Valentine’s Day, surely she left the kids with Jon, right? Nope. Kate chose instead to hire a babysitter. An unnamed source told HollywoodLife.com, “'Kate’s in LA right now,' our source says. 'Jon saw the kids over the weekend but you would think she’d want the kids to stay with him since he’s their parent and in town. Jon works during the day with his new job but you would think she’d want them with him. So instead Jon and his girlfriend Ellen Ross had a quiet romantic dinner together.'”
What do you think about this? Should Kate have scheduled her taping so that she didnÂ’t have to leave on a holiday? Is this another instance of Kate putting work before her kids? To be fair, plenty of moms and dads across the globe went out for ValentineÂ’s Day, leaving the kids at home. Maybe itÂ’s a bit of a double standard that Kate is criticized for not being home on ValentineÂ’s Day. Should Jon have canceled his date to stay home with the kids?

Jon works during the day......so who is going to take them to school, and pick them up? Jon is not allowed on the property (for good reason) and has no beds for them to sleep in at his place.......so if she had left them with Jon....articles like yours would be slamming her for leaving the kids in a situation where they had to sleep on the floor for a few days.
Get a life and either start slamming ALL celeb moms for leaving their children or LAY OFF KATE!!!!
