Are Demi Lovato, Wilmer Valderrama, and Camilla Belle a New Hollywood Triangle?

Demi Lovato isn't crying over Joe Jonas, now that she's out of rehab and back in the arms of former flame Wilmer Valderrama.  She may soon shed some tears over Valderrama himself, however, since That 70's Show star was spotted on Wednesday having lunch in Beverly Hills with sexy actress/model, Camilla Belle. 

Rumor has it that 18-year old Disney starlet, Demi Lovato and 31-year old Valderrama have been "quietly dating” since January.  Valderrama apparently has a history of dating young Hollywood "damsels in distress."  He even dated Lindsay Lohan back in 2004.  Since Lovato checked out of rehab, she and Valderrama have spent a lot of time together while she got back into the groove of her former routine and spent time with her family and friends.  Although Demi's reps have steadfastly refused to comment on her personal life, she's seemed happy and, perhaps even more importantly, she's seemed uninterested in Joe Jonas who is still "steady as they go"  with Ashley Greene. 

Enter Camilla Belle, who was photographed lunching with Valderrama on Thursday at Coupa Cafe in Beverley Hills.  The 24-year old actress and the former T.V. sitcom star appeared together in the film From Prada to Nada.  Whether Belle qualifies as a "damsel in distress" or not is unknown, but she and Wilmer seemed friendly enough.  And Belle was casually but sexily dressed in a mini skirt and black boots. 

So, do these three very different stars form a classic Hollywood love triangle?  It may be too early to tell.  If so, here's hoping no one gets hurt.  Particularly Demi Lovato who seems to have finally exorcised her demons from the past.
