Britney Spears, 29, tells Ryan Seacrest—and the world—that she and boyfriend Jason Trawick are just a normal couple who likes to work out “a lot.” On Seacrest’s morning radio show KIIS FM, Britney said, “We’re really normal. We just like to watch movies…We love to work out. We take walks.” Yahoo! reported the interview, where the pop princess appeared in tip-top form. She attributes this to her personal trainer, whom she love-hates. Doesn’t everyone who has one? Spears admits to 30 minutes on the treadmill and lots of cardio and running. “You pay to hate your trainer; it’s so odd,” she says. This is a rare interview for Britney, who usually has things other than fitness on her mind.
Britney Spears has a lot of normal girlfriend things to say about Jason Trawick. “He just got on this health kick,” she says. His abs are “definitely ripped.”
Ryan Seacrest, reports Popeater, is an old friend of Britney’s current love interest. “I don’t want to make you uncomfortable” Seacrest says—what else was he
doing?—“but I knew [Jason] when he was hairy and pudgy…Now he’s fit and he’s got zero body fat.” Britney did not take the bait. Instead, she giggled. “He wasn’t pudgy,” she replied. Maybe, this time, the hard-luck in love celeb is seeing through the eyes of love.
Then the interview got down to normal, for a singing celeb, album promotion. Britney has a new plan for launching Femme Fatal. On kick-off day, she will give a live, free, mini-concert on Good Morning America. Songs are already available on the internet. “It’s, I think, my best work yet…It’s just really fun.” Britney, cycling back to her new life with Jason, says: “It’s definitely something that you want to work
out to.”
The release/concert date is March 29. Femme Fatale will be her seventh studio album. “Definitely upbeat,” Britney Spears says. Just like her new, “normal” life.
