Charlie Sheen is suing his former CBS bosses for over $100M! Sheen stuck it to Chuck Lorre and Warner Brothers not only for himself, but for the rest of the crew who are also (currently) out of a job!
The lawsuit states the following: "Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series Two and a Half Men in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre's own conduct."
Almost everyone knew that something like this was going to happen and today is the day. Although Charlie Sheen seems to be going crazy, he may have a case of his hands. This lawsuit is probably going to get big and get real ugly. If Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre have sound evidence as to how Sheen violated his contract, then the lawsuit will be null and void - or they may choose to turn the tables on him.
It's going to be something to watch and if it goes to trial, the media is going to have a frenzy. The most important thing is for Charlie to get some help so that he can be there for his children.
