Today Robert Pattinson made an appearance on "Regis & Kelly" to promote his new film "Water for Elephants".
Former "Weekend Update" correspondent Seth Meyers stood in for Regis to interview the young heartthrob. Naturally, the interview kicked off with a discussion around "Saturday Night Live." Kelly urged Robert Pattinson to host the show, but he seemed very reluctant, calling the idea "terrifying." He also seemed to have no confidence around his comedic abilities as he declared, "I'm not funny." Though R-Patz is flocked by screaming fans everywhere he goes, this simple statement shows he's still a pretty humble guy! Though he thinks humor isn't his strong suit, fans will agree that this handsome actor does a great job in his interviews and always manages to draw quite a few laughs from his audience (this one included!) Hopefully he'll reconsider if the opportunity to host "SNL" is presented in the near future. His fans will certainly cheer him on to take the plunge as well as his family. Speaking of which, the Pattinsons made an appearance on "Regis & Kelly" to support Robert's publicity tour!
