Miley Cyrus Dresses Like a Teenage Dominatrix in Sexy Skin Tight Latex

Miley Cyrus is no Lady Gaga, but she's been known to dress up in some pretty controversial outfits.  Now, a new photograph of the former Hannah Montana star has just hit the Internet that will rock the socks off her fans and further alienate her prudish haters.

Yes, there's a brand new shocking, racy, controversial, sexy, and all around inappropriate photo of Miley Cyrus working its way around the web, and this one is a really over the top.  In fact you could call it "whip cracking wild."

Just one month after rejoining Twitter--ostensibly to follow her hero, Charlie Sheen--Miley Cyrus posted a photo of herself in full dominatrix attire--skin tight, low-cut, black vinyl belly baring bustier top with skin tight, hip-hugging latex tights.  She accessorized her outfit with red stilettos, long black fishnet gloves, a studded black leather belt, and a spiked black leather collar.  With her tousled "bed-head' hairdo, she seems to be channeling Jane Fonda's Barbarella. Or maybe she got the idea from Rihanna's comments about her penchant for S & M.  Or perhaps she was inspired by duetting last week with hard rock legend Joan Jett on the Ellen DeGeneres show.  Whatever.

Billy Ray Cyrus's little girl claims she posed for the photo to promote her upcoming Gypsy Heart Tour which will take her to South America and later to Australia this summer. 

Well, it looks like Miley Cyrus is really serious about leaving her squeaky clean Disney image behind.  And to think, she's only 18.  Shocking.
