Miley Cyrus: Billy Ray Happy She's Back Together With Liam Hemsworth

Miley Cyrus has finally done something to please her hyper-critical father, Billy Ray.  As everyone now knows, the former Hannah Montana star is once again 'steady as they go' with her former boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, and rumor has it that she decided to give her relationship with Liam another chance after seeing her parents happily reconciled.  Now, the seemingly ever-loquacious Billy Ray is expressing his joy over seeing his little girl happily settled down.  For now.

According to an inside source close to the Cyrus clan, the entire family is finally "really happy" that Miley and Liam are once again a couple, and Billy Ray Cyrus may be the happiest of all.  

"The [Cyrus] family hasn’t been in this mood for a very long time," claims the insider.  "Everything couldn’t be better between everyone in the Cyrus clan. It’s like a honeymoon phase. They are all falling back in love again. Billy really likes Liam, so he’s thrilled they are back together. He sees a lot in him and thinks he’s perfect for Miley."

It's great that things are once again harmonious in the Cyrus household.  Congrats, everybody.
