Lindsay Lohan found out on Friday that she would need to serve four months in jail--and obviously she's not too happy about it. The actress is angry, and, really, who can blame her?
LiLo had finished serving a sentence for violating her probation for a DUI a couple of years ago, and people were really thinking that she learned her lesson and that she would be able to get back to making movies. When news of her "stealing" a necklace arose, Lohan took a few steps back. Now that she's been sentenced, things really aren't looking good for her "comeback."
"She is angry because she has been working so hard on turning her life around. She didn't do what they said she did. She didn't steal that necklace," said Nathan Folks, a close friend of Lohan.
It's understandable that Lohan feels this way because she doesn't think that she did anything wrong. As soon as she got herself back on her feet, this happened and she's been knocked down once more. It's unfortunate, but she just needs to get through it.

It's sad when any young person does something wrong and goes to jail. I thought she might have been set up until I saw the video tape. She put it on when her friend distracted the clerk, she tucked it under the necklace she had one and they walked out. I call that theft....
WIthout the video tape it would have been her word against theirs. And of course her friend is going to say she is innocent, isn't that what she said? Isn't that what most people say?
Look at the video tape.
