Arnold Schwarzenegger's mistress, Mildred Baena, is threatening to file a lawsuit against Entertainment Tonight! The former household maid of the California governor and Maria Shriver isn't too happy that the television program interviewed her ex husband, Rogelio, claiming that they didn't do any research about him, and that he knew he wasn't the father of her son, despite him telling ET otherwise.
"Patty's 
legal team says they can prove Rogelio always knew he wasn't the dad ... because [he] was out of the country when the child was conceived and only returned to the U.S. after Patty was already knocked up," TMZ reports.
It doesn't seem like Baena has much of a case here, since she has no hold on the show or her ex husband. You can't just threaten a lawsuit because someone you know lied about you on TV... but Baena's lawyers are claiming defamation. Oh boy.
Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't the only one who has lawyered up.
