Sean Kingston, Beautiful Girl singer and hip-hop sensation, has been in a Miami hospital since crashing his jet ski on Sunday. On Monday, he was visited there by tennis great Serena Williams.
According to a report from TMZ, Serena Williams went to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami on Memorial Day to visit her friend. She didn't have anything to say about his condition when she emerged, however she did tweet the following to her Twitter fans.
"I am thankful that I have today. Tomorrow is not promised to any of us. I'm gonna make every day the best I can. #loveuSeankingston."
Is this any indication of the condition that Sean Kingston is in? Not much is being said specifically about his injuries, although it was encouraging to hear that he was moved out of the trauma unit and that his condition was deemed stable.
Alcohol has been ruled out as a factor in Sean Kingston's jet ski crash, however his passenger has said he was going really fast prior to the crash. Hopefully he makes a full recovery.
Nothing has been released yet as to whether or not Sean Kingston will face any charges as a result of the accident.
