It seems like a new celebrity is being recognized on a daily basis for losing weight. Is this weight loss too good to be true, and is it healthy for an average person?
Today, BET announced that Fat Joe has lost 88 pounds and is showing off a new, slimmer figure in his Drop a Body video. Fortunately, this is one story that doesn't claim extraordinary weight loss as a result of unhealthy methods.
Joey Crack, a.k.a. Fat Joe, lost weight by following a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains. Instead of trying to lose 10 pounds in a week, he took the healthy route and lost around 1.5 to 2 pounds per week. This is the type of diet that everyone who is overweight needs to mimic. Give up the fried chicken (or at least reduce your portion sizes), stop hitting up the all-you-can-eat pizza buffet, put down the Ben & Jerry's, and leave a slice of pie for someone else.
Two hours of exercise daily also helped Fat Joe to reach his current weight. For those of you who think that walking to the refrigerator is enough exercise, think again. You have to work up a sweat for it to count as exercise. Your heart rate has to increase. You have to work for it.
This proves that you don't need Kim Kardashian's Quick Trim weight loss pills. You don't have to suffer from anorexia like Mary-Kate Olsen to drop the pounds. A little hard work and some self-control are all you need to lose weight and get that hot body you want.

It's called Body By Vi, and what sold me was the thousands of testimonials of people it worked for.

One thing I really liked about Body By Vi is, with your order, you get a 'social' website to set your goals, track your progress, and see and share with others taking the Challenge at the same time.
I'm not the weight I want to be, but I did loose about 10 pounds so far. It's a meal replacement shake, and I replaced only breakfast with it. Unlike years ago when I tried slim-fast the Vi-Shake actually helps me for more than an hour!
I am a mother of 4 children (ages 4 years, 3 years, 1 year, and 2 months), so I know the time struggle very well.
BTW, love the dog in your picture! =)
