Bristol Palin is planning to rent out her Arizona home. The daughter of possible (who knows?) presidential candidate Sarah Palin bought the home with money she received for being a contestant on DWTS. Now she's off to L.A. to star in a reality show, so the house will be left vacant.
According to RadarOnline, Bristol's home is located in Maricopa, Arizona, and features five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. She is renting it out for $1,400 per month.
Will Sarah Palin be disappointed that Bristol is renting out her home? After all, Sarah bought a place in Scottsdale, Arizona--which is just an hour away.
Does it make you wonder if people will try to rent the house simply because it belongs to Bristol Palin? Hopefully she has a security team screening any applicants who look into renting the place.
Bristol will be living with former DWTS contestant Kyle Massey and his brother Christopher while in L.A.--along with her baby Tripp, of course. Part of her reality show involves following the move she makes from Arizona to L.A.
At the very least Bristol Palin's Arizona home was a sound investment. If it rents out, she will generate some decent income on the property while living in L.A.
